You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration details and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Subscription, Payments, and Fees

Premium medical modules are accessible via subscription plans. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

Payment transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials on our servers.

4. User Obligations & Intellectual Property

All course material, diagrams, clinical tables, Q&As, and videos are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to access the content.

Copying, distributing, sharing accounts, printing, taking screenshots, or recording screen contents of our learning material is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms will lead to immediate account termination without refund and legal action under intellectual property laws.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
